I don't usually give a monkeys about the state of the England football team, but in this case I shall make an exception.

There are many people who think there is very little to be upbeat about, though some quote the names Wilshere, Rodwell and Johnson amongst others as lights on the horizon.

I will go one further, I believe we have a world beater waiting to be selected for the national team. Oh hear we go again another Arsenal player! you might think.
